The Miami Beach is a flat-rate private charter with Ice Bar entry included for every guest on board — up to fifty people. For a group that was going to buy Ice Bar access anyway, that inclusion is most of the difference in price between this boat and a cheaper hull.
The layout is the reason we keep booking it for mixed groups: a proper sun deck forward for the people who came to be in the sun, and a genuinely shaded lounge aft for the ones who did not. On a seven-hour day in Cancún that split matters more than any other feature on the boat.

Every charter we run is all-inclusive. There is nothing to buy on board and nothing to settle at the end of the day.
You board at Marina Marazul on Avenida Puerto Juárez, five to ten minutes from the north Hotel Zone. The crossing to Isla Mujeres takes about thirty minutes, the captain picks the calmest reef stop of the day for snorkelling, and full-day charters anchor off Playa Norte for the beach club.
