What to include in your first message

The more of this you give us, the more useful our first reply is — and the fewer messages it takes to get you a real number.

• Your date, or two options. High-season weekends move fast; having a backup saves a round trip.
• Number of guests, including children. This decides which of the fourteen boats fit, and it is the single biggest driver of price.
• Where you are staying. So we can price hotel pickup if you want it.
• The occasion. A bachelorette, a company outing and a family day are three different plans on the same boat.

Languages and hours

We answer in English and Spanish. Our captains and crew are bilingual, so you can plan the whole charter in whichever you prefer. WhatsApp is monitored from 7:00 to 21:00 Cancún time (UTC−5), seven days a week. Messages that arrive overnight get answered first thing.

Are you a travel agent or a wholesaler?

Write to us by email with your agency details. We work with agencies and DMCs and can quote net rates for groups — but we operate the boats ourselves, so you are dealing with the operator, not a middleman marking up someone else's fleet.
