Every rate on this page is for the entire catamaran, in US dollars, with the captain, crew, open bar, buffet, snorkelling gear and sound system already included. The only separate charge is the dock fee.

All rates are for the whole boat and include captain and crew, open bar, snorkelling gear and sound system. A dock fee of $20 USD per person is charged separately. Per-guest figures assume the boat is filled to capacity. Rates may change without notice.
Because you pay for the boat rather than for seats, the more guests you bring the less each person pays. Fill the Noe Island with 75 guests and the all-inclusive day costs roughly $37 each. Fill the Imperial 68 with 140 and it lands near $39 each. A small, intimate day on the Azure 35 for fourteen guests is about $75 each.
A deposit confirms the date and the balance is settled before departure. Several boats offer a cash discount on the balance — ask when you request your quote. Rates are subject to change without notice and are confirmed in writing when you book.
Yes, but less than availability does. The bigger constraint is usually whether the boat you want is free at all.
December–April, July, Easter, Thanksgiving
Rates are firmest and the popular boats book out two to four weeks ahead. If your dates are fixed and fall here, book early — the constraint is availability, not price.
September–November, and most of May–June
Softer rates, more flexibility on departure times, and several boats offer a cash discount on the balance. The quietest and best-value window of the year.
24–48 hours out
Often possible when a boat is free, and occasionally at a better rate. Message us — there is no penalty for asking and no obligation.

Shared catamaran tours in Cancún typically sell seats at $79 to $139 USD per person. Because we price the boat rather than the seat, the comparison flips somewhere around a dozen guests:

Because the rate is fixed per boat, adding guests lowers the cost per head rather than raising the bill. A group of forty on the Noe Island pays $70 each; the same boat with seventy-five aboard is $37 each. If your headcount is still moving, the Solar Ice is priced for twenty with extra seats at $60 each, so you are not forced to guess.
The captain calls it on the morning based on the port authority forecast. If the port closes or conditions are unsafe, you move your charter to another date or get a refund of what you have paid. Passing rain does not cancel a charter. Full policy in the FAQ.
