Isla Mujeres Catamaran Tour from Cancún

The classic Caribbean day out, run as a private charter for your group only. Thirty minutes under sail from Marina Marazul, snorkelling on the reef, and a beach club afternoon on one of the best-ranked beaches in the world.

The route

You board at Marina Marazul on Avenida Puerto Juárez, five to ten minutes from the north Hotel Zone and the Costa Mujeres resorts. The catamaran clears the marina, the sails go up when the wind cooperates, and you cross the Bahía de Mujeres with the bar already open.

Snorkelling stop

The captain chooses the calmest of two reef stops on the day: El Meco reef, or the shallow reef offshore from Playa Norte. Visibility runs 10 to 20 metres and the water sits between 25 and 28 °C year round. Masks, snorkels, fins and vests are on board, and a guide swims with your group.

Playa Norte and the beach club

Full-day charters anchor off Playa Norte for beach time: hammocks, loungers, shade and a hot buffet lunch. Several of our catamarans include Ice Bar entry in the rate. When the group is ready, you sail back into Cancún — usually with the best light of the day.
